Came in yesterday looking for some trousers, I had phoned ahead to put a pair on hold and when I arrived they were ready behind the till. Also needed a pair of jeans so asked the girl behind the till for some advice. Cat (Kat?) couldn't have been more helpful, was really friendly and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. Love the clothes and the staff were great too :)

I first visited this shop 6 months ago and had a bad experience with a member of staff after simply asking for a top in a size that wasn't on display. Been told 'i would've given you it if it wasn't the size you for.' I then visited again in February and bought over £300 worth of items only to be chased out of the shop because another member of staff had forgotten to scan a belt on my order and said 'trying to leave without paying' in the street as he ran out of the shop. I didn't think twice to look at the receipt before leaving to make sure everything was included as if it was my responsibility. I was then lead back into the store and made to feel very uncomfortable to pay for the belt that the staff member had left off the bill making me feel like it was my fault.

We had probably the best Customer Service ever in this store. We were treated so well and my partner could not have revived more help. I was treated to a coffee while I waited also. All to lads were so nice, cannot ask for better. Great store!

Theatre of the observed. Spacious store stocking signature rugged "workwear" garments and accessories that evoke a sensibility grounded in a commitment to robust basics. Unfortunately aesthetic diktats don't necessarily always translate into durability nor longevity. Pertinently, you really need to read "what's on the label." Garment cleaning/care instructions need to be scrupulously applied/followed with no allowance for the mildest diversion/variation. Or you'll be one sorry fashionista. Staff, that’s the “Brand advocates” pose nonchalant and primed underdone.

Was incredibly unclear who staff were. Not sure if they were generic clothes they were wearing or the shop's clothes, especially as they were just standing around chatting. I came to get a backpack and they literally only had the display bag in shop as the stock. Obviously no other colours so it was a wasted trip. Bizarre the only bag they had was on display for a major chain like Carhartt. Won't be shopping here again or buying from this brand now, there's plenty of other decent brands that can do a good roll top bag.
